Semana 14/ Week 14

Hi there,

Here you have the data of the last 9 days (from the 1st of January):

22 h and 27 minutes to cycle 627 km. Most of the km have been at low intensity, apart from the 2nd and 6th of January, with a higher intensity.
After 10 days without training (from the 21st until the 1st of January-recovering from surgery) I have noticed a drop in my shape/form. I hope to recover my level in 1-2 weeks, and also my weight that have increased in 1,5 kg - The Christmas effect!

At the moment I'm also waiting the reply from the Prefecture de Police of the Alpes to see if they give us permission with a special authorization to climb the Col du Galibier, when we will pass it on our way to the Alpe d'Huez and the pros will finish their stage at the top of the Galibier. I don't think we would have problems to climb it cycling (we will pass it in the morning and the pros in the afternoon), but we want to ensure it, and also see whether they allow our car.
I'm also waiting for replies from some companies that I have contacted asking for support.

I'll let you know

cheers
